1. How do I get a refund?

Simply contact thirdandmonroe@gmail.com stating that you would like to return a product, please include the product name, size, and price paid.  We will respond within 24 hours and will refund the money back onto your card or PayPal account!

2. Do you ship internationally?

This is something we are working on, but at this time we only ship to the US. 

3. What payment methods do you offer?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ApplePay, and can also process payments via PayPal!

4. When can I expect to receive the product I purchased?

Our current average shipping time is 7-14 days. We have still seen some delays due to Covid-19, so we appreciate your patience.

5. I have a question that was not addressed on this page. What can I do?
